oneView
oneView is the mobile command centre for your sigmaIQ hardware. Pair Level Up Lite, Level Up Pro, or Northern Lights over Bluetooth LE and oneView gives you live levelling, EMS monitoring, battery status, internal sensors, and accessory lighting on one screen. Save a profile for every trailer you tow and switch between them from the connect screen.
Free on Android and iOS. Pairing is secured with a 4-digit PIN that you can change from Settings.

- 4-digit PIN pairing
- Free — one app for every sigmaIQ device
One App, Every Trailer
The connect screen lists every module you’ve paired, with green signal bars for the ones in range and an RSSI dBm reading for each. Calibration lives on the module itself, so a phone swap doesn’t mean a re-calibration. One module is connected at a time.
- Multiple trailer profiles
- Works with Level Up Lite, Level Up Pro, and Northern Lights
- Signal-strength bars and live RSSI on the connect screen
- Calibration stored on the module — not the phone
Guided Setup Wizard
The first time you pair a module, the wizard walks through every step — name and licence plate, Bluetooth signal check (requires >−85 dBm RSSI), units, resolution, mounting orientation, RV dimensions, and (on Pro) RTC, EMS, and battery chemistry — ending in a one-tap calibration. Skip and come back to it any time.
- Bluetooth signal strength threshold check
- Distance units: inches, mm, cm
- Eight mounting orientations
- RV type, wheelbase, and length
- EMS and battery-chemistry setup on Pro
- One-tap calibration at the end
Accurate, Real-Time Levelling
Side-to-side and front-to-back tilt indicators with live pitch and roll graphs in degrees. Hit Set when the trailer is hitched; on the next trip, hit Recall and follow the indicators back to the same height. Pick a resolution that matches how you set up — from 0.25″ / 5 mm up to 1″ / 25 mm.
- Side-to-side and front-to-back indicators
- Pitch and roll graphs in degrees
- Hitch-height Set and Recall
- Resolutions: 0.25/0.50/0.75/1.0 inch, 5/10/20/25 mm, 0.5/1.0/2.0/2.5 cm
- Works with Level Up Lite and Pro
Dashboard at a Glance (Pro)
One screen, every system. Level state, internal sensors, EMS summary, motion, battery, and an event-count tile — each tappable to drill into detail.
- Level State card with green / out-of-level indicator
- Internal Sensors — temperature and humidity
- EMS Summary — pedestal and RV power status
- Motion — 10-minute rolling severity chart
- Battery — voltage and state of charge
- Events — Log / Attention / Trouble / Critical counts
EMS Monitoring (Pro)
Plug a Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C (30 A) or EMS-HW50C (50 A) into your Level Up Pro and oneView shows pedestal status, voltage, current, frequency, and the full E0–E10 (plus E89 / E99) error code state — live and historical. Passive monitoring only; oneView does not control the EMS.
- L1 / L2 voltage (103–132 VAC)
- Current to 30 A (HW30C) or 100 A split (HW50C)
- Frequency (51–69 Hz) and uptime %
- Full E0–E10 + E89 / E99 fault state with descriptions
- Requires Level Up Pro and a supported EMS
Voltage, Current & Uptime Charts (Pro)
Voltage, current, and frequency plot over time so brownouts, surges, and uneven loads stand out. L1 and L2 sit side by side on 50 A service. A rolling 24-hour uptime graph shows how much of the day pedestal power was actually good.
- Voltage, current, and frequency over time
- L1 / L2 side-by-side on 50 A service
- Rolling 24-hour uptime graph
- Requires Level Up Pro and a supported EMS
Battery & Internal Sensors (Pro)
When Level Up Pro is wired to 12 VDC, oneView reads the RV battery and grades it by chemistry — SLA, AGM, or Li-ion — with colour-coded Excellent / OK / Low / Shutdown bands. The on-board temperature (−40 to +125 °C) and humidity (0–100 %RH) sensors round out the picture inside the bay.
- SLA, AGM, and Li-ion chemistries
- Excellent / OK / Low / Shutdown state of charge
- Voltage graphed over time
- Internal temperature and humidity
- Battery-backed real-time clock
